Shipping policy

At Bella Beautiq our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers around the world ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

 

Shipping Options: As of right now our only shipping option is Canada Post.

Cost of Shipping: Shipping costs to our customers are calculated using Canada Post Shipping Rates at checkout. 

 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are put together by hand using good quality recyclable packaging materials. This can take 1-2 business days. 
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from Hagensborg, BC to the destination. All delivery times are calculated via Canada Post. Orders shipped to places outside of Canada will experience longer shipping times and may be subject to duty or other applicable taxes. Please note that delivery times may vary during the holidays. 
• If you do not receive the item within 60 days of shipping it we will send a replacement.
